How Nikuni VDF Works
Nikuni VDF uses centrifugal force to separate solid particles from water-based cutting fluids. Contaminated coolant enters the hydrocyclone, where a vortex concentrates the particles for discharge while the separated liquid flows back into the system.
The result is a filtration solution without disposable filter media.
